BONSAI DISPLAY STAND #2

Unique one-of-a-kind Bonsai Display Stand by Wisconsin Artist Tom Menzel (brother of Ceramist Johnny Menzel). Using expert craftsmanship, this stand was created from parts of a wine aging barrel and carries forward many of the unique and varient colorations, flaws and textures created by its former use. A black stain was applied to this version and the wood "took" the stain to various and dramtic degress. The stand measures 22.5" x 15.5" X  1.875".
